How do I make sure clients only see their own data?

Every app on Swarmz Cloud has real sign-in, and Swarmz writes row-level security rules into the database so each person can only read their own rows.

Can the dashboard show data from other tools?

Yes. Connect Stripe, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion and more, or any other API with your own key — added through a secure form, never pasted into the code.

Can clients upload files?

Yes. Cloud includes file storage, so clients can upload and download documents right inside the portal.

Can I put it on my own domain?

Yes, on Pro and above — for example portal.yourcompany.com — with SSL set up for you. Every app also gets a free swarmz.cloud address.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Swarmz builds responsive web apps and can test them on desktop, tablet and phone sizes. It doesn't make native app-store apps.
