What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business is self-serve from $50 a month and already includes SAML single sign-on, groups, private publishing and custom design systems. Enterprise adds pricing shaped around your company and help planning your rollout. Talk to us to set it up.
Which identity providers work with Swarmz?
Any identity provider that supports SAML 2.0, with guided setup for Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and Auth0. You verify your domain with a DNS record, choose a default role for new people, map groups to roles and can require SSO for everyone on your domain.
How does pricing work for a large team?
There's no per-seat pricing. Your workspace shares one pool of credits, and admins can cap how many any member uses in a billing cycle. Business starts at $50 a month for 100 credits; Enterprise pricing is custom.
Can apps stay private to our company?
Yes. On Business and Enterprise you can publish an app to your whole workspace or to selected people, including guests you invite. Work-in-progress previews always need a sign-in and a seat in your workspace.
Where is our data stored?
Your account data and our database are hosted in the EU (Ireland), and projects are built and previewed on servers in Germany. Each app's own database can live in any of 16 regions you choose. Some services, such as AI models, run in the US — our Privacy Policy has the details.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. We build on infrastructure providers that hold SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, and card payments run through a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. The full list of subprocessors is available on request. If you have a security review to complete, talk to us about your requirements.
Do we own what we build?
Yes — the code, the content and the data. Every app is standard React, TypeScript and Tailwind, and you can sync any project to your own private GitHub repository.
