What do my customers get?

Will my customers see the Swarmz name?
No. They work in your builder, with your domain, app name, logos, colours and client emails, and the AI agent never mentions Swarmz. Swarmz is the engine underneath.
Do my customers need a Swarmz account?
No. They sign in from your panel or website with one click. The session is handed over securely behind the scenes, and they never see a Swarmz login.
Can we collect prompts on our own homepage?
Yes. The prompt box is one script tag on any page, styled to your brand. The visitor's prompt carries through your sign-up, and their workspace opens with the first build already running.
Does it work with WHMCS?
Yes, through our open-source WHMCS module: provisioning, one-click sign-in, usage and the prompt box. Anything else can call the Platform API directly to create, change, suspend and close customer workspaces.
Can customers use their own domains?
Yes. Customers connect their own domains from the builder and certificates are issued automatically. Your builder runs on a subdomain of yours, and published apps can use a domain of yours that our team connects.
Where do my customers' apps run?
Published apps run on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, and every app that needs a backend gets its own database on Swarmz Cloud. Certifications belong to our providers, for example Supabase (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001) and Hetzner (ISO 27001).
Who supports the end customer?
You own the customer and the front-line support, and the help links in the builder point to your own support and docs. We back you with documentation and keep the platform underneath running.
Who owns the customer?
You do. Every workspace sits under your platform account, and you can suspend, reactivate or close a customer from your dashboard or the API.
